Imagine swiping your credit card at a vending machine—but instead of buying a chocolate bar for yourself, you’re buying a goat for a family in a developing country. Or a polio vaccine. Or a pair of shoes. Or 100 meals for your local food bank. The Giving Machines provide a way for people to quickly and easily help those in need, making the Christmas season a little more meaningful for themselves—and countless others.

Each machine offers an identical selection of items representing global and local organizations that do good.

2. MAKE YOUR SELECTION
You may add several items you'd like to donate using the touch screen "shopping cart", up to a total of $1,500.

3. SWIPE YOUR CARD
Each machine accepts credit cards, and mobile payments. Sorry, no .cash or credit card chips

4. COLLECT YOUR RECEIPT
Enter a phone number or email address to
receive a digital receipt. 100% of your donation will go to the applicable charity. |
5. CAPTURE THE EXPERIENCE

What's Inside the Giving Machines
Items 2022 Season

When you purchase an item, a card is dropped to a bin at the bottom of the machine symbolizing the gift you’re sending to someone else.
#GivingMachineCalgary We cover 100% of credit card fees and overhead costs so nonprofits receive 100% of your donation. If you are unable to visit in person, or travelling throughout the Christmas season, click on button for a Giving Machine near you or *donating online
